05 Weekly Insights on Mistakes|Social Media|Quotes
My weekly summary of ideas…
Afraid of Accepting Your Mistake
I see many people around me in the office and in my personal life who fear accepting their mistakes. They want their life to be a shore without waves.
However small a mistake teaches you something about the world or yourself. It makes you rethink and change your perspective on the problem.
We all make mistakes when we take action. One thing I have learned and applied in my life is to accept if I have made some mistake. That helps me to save time from unnecessary arguments and look for the solution.
A Sunday Without Social Media
Waking up and scrolling for hours and realize I have not eaten anything and wasted the first few hours of my day. This is my schedule for all Saturdays and Sundays.
Then I realized I was wasting this life on momentary pleasure. I can work on my gift and share some good stories and blogs with the world. I believe we all have a skill that can be used to make the world a better place or help some people in their journey.
Very few realize they have a gift, and lesser than that, take action to make things happen in reality.
Last Saturday night, I deleted all social media applications from everything, phones, laptop, mac. I would have to log in if I needed to use social media.
To my surprise, I had a lot of time and managed to do all the household tasks with time left to enjoy some me time.
This small experiment made a big difference in how I think about time. Previously I felt I had no time to do everything I had lined up, but everything changed one Sunday.
