Habits that we take from our parents
We all have been in the palace when we start behaving like our parents. When I am at home, I turn off unnecessary bulbs, fans, or anything. It doesn’t annoy me, but when you are responsible for the bills, you take care of them very seriously.
In our generation, there is so much to think about and work on that overthinking is not a choice anymore. The moment you start thinking, there will be something else waiting for your attention, be it people or situations. We can’t stick to one situation even if we wanted to.
Be selective about what you take from them and question your behavior, most importantly, your reaction to things. We react like our parents don’t do this or that this is the right thing to do. All these reactions are from a subconscious mind, and you won’t even realize it.
Don’t behave like anyone else you are unique with rare experiences only you had don’t access any situation or person based on past experience. Every moment brings infinite possibilities to explore life.
Productivity Tip of the Week
“Wake up and go to sleep, focusing on your goals. Write them down every morning and read them every night until they become a part of you. Once you internalize them, you will see everything around you as a means of achieving those goals. The moment you quit this practice, you will find yourself falling into the repetitive cycle of work without purpose.” (Grant Cardone, Be Obsessed or Be Average)
